Jarod’s technical expertise spans water and wastewater collection, distribution, and treatment design. He is known for delivering practical, reliable engineering solutions that address both client requirements and broader community needs. Jarod is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of West Virginia and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University.
